Marketing Coordinator
Global Electronics Association is the leading voice of the global electronics industry, supporting over 3,000 member companies. They are seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to manage day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring efficient execution of digital marketing initiatives across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project plans to ensure campaigns and initiatives stay on schedule
- Track tasks, deadlines, and dependencies across the marketing team and follow up to keep work moving forward
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and action items, ensuring clear communication and accountability
- Serve as a central point of contact for marketing projects, helping prioritize requests and manage workloads
- Support cross-functional collaboration with design, sales, product, and external partners
- Assist with the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, and paid channels
- Support content publishing workflows, including blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, and social posts
- Help manage marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing systems, CMS, project management software)
- Assist with basic marketing analytics and reporting, including pulling data and organizing campaign results
- Track, monitor, and compile marketing and campaign performance data into regular reports for key digital metrics and team review
- Assist in maintaining and segmenting marketing lists as needed for campaigns and analysis
- Coordinate asset creation and approvals for digital campaigns, ensuring materials are delivered on time
- Maintain organized documentation, processes, and templates for marketing workflows
- Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and purchase requests as needed
- Ensure brand and messaging consistency across marketing materials
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and team efficiency
Skills
- At least 1.5 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or digital marketing support
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as email, social media, websites, and paid media
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday, or similar)
- Comfortable working with marketing platforms such as email marketing tools and content management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A natural organizer who enjoys helping others stay focused and productive
- Must be proactive, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Collaborative team player who thrives behind the scenes making things run smoothly
