Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for a fast-growing tech company. This is a full-time role requiring a blend of creative thinking and data-driven execution across digital channels, brand, and demand generation.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and has a proven track record of driving pipeline growth and brand awareness in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, own, and execute the company's marketing strategy across digital, content, email, social, and paid channels

Drive demand generation campaigns to support sales pipeline and revenue targets

Manage and optimize performance across SEO, SEM, paid social, and display advertising

Oversee content strategy and production including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and video content

Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new product launches

Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives

Manage the marketing budget, track ROI, and report on KPIs and campaign performance

Build and mentor a small marketing team or manage external agencies and freelancers as needed

Required Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management or lead role within a tech company (non-negotiable)

Demonstrated experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing, demand generation, and growth strategies

Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)

Experience with CRM systems and pipeline reporting (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM)

Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into action

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience marketing SaaS, developer tools, or enterprise software products

Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies

Background in managing affiliate, partnership, or influencer marketing programs

Experience scaling a marketing function from early-stage to growth-stage

Tools & Technology
HubSpot / Marketo or equivalent marketing automation platform

Salesforce or equivalent CRM

Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager

SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz

Google Workspace

Slack, Zoom, Asana, and other remote collaboration tools
