The Marketplace Coordinator will be responsible for daily operational and analytical tasks to support the third-party e-concessions and wholesale partners business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all product data in PIM/PLM/Grand Shooting/Storeland; ensure consistent information flow across Digital sites
  • Create and circulate a weekly error tracker (PLM/Image/PIM) for product data flow issues blocking site go-lives (Paris brand teams, Crossmods, IT)
  • Farfetch: partner with Paris teams on catalog management, pricing, and category performance vs. global
  • Compile product copy & information into partner templates adhering to strict turn-in deadlines
  • Coordinate image assets from photoshoot reception and retouching through e-partner deliveries; flag missing/late/non-compliant assets to Paris teams
  • Maintain weekly asset tracker to confirm submit-ready status and track live dates by style
  • Track product activation and lead times by partner vs LY & targets; ensure 100% carryover activation and drive follow-ups on delays
  • Conduct regular site audits to maximize exposure and align with competitive sets; suggest assortment inclusions
  • Review sites for PDP optimization opportunities (product title, copy, imagery, size chart updates) -- support with customer education and reduced Return Rates
  • Manage communication with Buyers in pre-season process for comprehensive list of Merchandised Sets and Product Fit Statements for integration on sites. Partner with DTC teams to ensure alignment across Digital channels
  • Support Partners Manager on acquiring additional imagery/assets for external partners to place orders
  • Coordinate submission of all price updates to Partner contacts in preferred formats for all promotional & markdown events. Own the internal price keying for Marketplace partners
  • Audit sites to ensure promotional/MD events and Partner Loyalty events go live as expected. Escalate any issues to external partners
  • Partner with Retail Operations team to resolve any POS pricing issues in Partner B&M locations
  • Maintain the in-season Wholesale Tracker and partner with Allocation team to track deliveries. Allocate all POs to external partners within Storeland and communicate details to Logistics team
  • Review Marketplace customer-service issues flagged by partners and determine resolution
  • Support Partners Manager in monitoring/troubleshooting fulfillment delays with Logistics; investigate discrepancies that could drive order cancellations
  • Coordinate marketing exposure opportunities with internal and external partners. Partner with Marketing/PR teams on sample availability, track shipment to external teams within Sample Tracker, and ensure timely return. Ensure key products are live by expected date of marketing exposure
  • Support Partners Manager with ad-hoc business analyses (inventory/assortment productivity) and weekly sales reporting
  • Develop and document all weekly workflows and operating procedures
  • Organize key external contracts, communication, and documentation for administrative purposes
  • Work closely with Paris counterparts to ensure alignment on best practices on all systems, continuously

Skills

  • 1-2 years of e-commerce or IT experience, with emphasis on digital marketplace, e-concessions & wholesale partnerships in the Retail industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and demonstrated systems aptitude
  • Clear, concise communicator (written and verbal) with ability to interface professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment; comfortable with shifting priorities based on business needs
  • Positive attitude & solutions-oriented mindset to persist through challenging projects
