We are looking for a motivated Healthcare Staffing Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping healthcare organizations solve staffing challenges.

Position Overview

The Healthcare Staffing Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and partnering with healthcare organizations to provide staffing solutions for clinical and behavioral health positions.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in sales outreach, enjoys relationship-building, and wants to grow within the healthcare staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations, clinics, hospitals, and behavioral health facilities

Conduct outbound sales activities including calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking

Identify staffing needs and present customized staffing solutions

Work closely with recruiting teams to align candidates with client opportunities

Schedule and lead discovery calls with prospective clients

Maintain and update CRM and sales activity tracking systems

Follow up consistently with leads, prospects, and existing accounts

Support proposal development and client presentations when needed

Stay informed on healthcare staffing trends and market conditions

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, staffing, recruiting, healthcare, or business development preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting virtual meetings

Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn, or ATS platforms is a plus

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

Healthcare staffing or recruiting experience

Experience selling professional services or workforce solutions

Knowledge of healthcare roles such as Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Therapists, RNs, or Behavioral Health professionals
