Membership/ Subscription/ Inside Sales Rep
Description
RES.NET Agent memberships are designed for Real Estate Agents in both the traditional and distressed markets to manage their workload, in addition to receiving REO and Short Sale business from existing RES.NET clients. Your primary task will be renewing expired members, signing up new members and providing services to retain existing members. You will also be tasked with getting new agents on the platform as paid members.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ability to make 120+ outbound calls a day
Ability to sell 50+ memberships each month
Stay up to date on Product Knowledge
Ability to effectively use and understand Insightly (CRM)
Ability to apply and retain training conducted by management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 Years of inside sales experience in a high-volume, outbound sales environment required, preferably with experience in real estate related services
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Proficiency using a CRM system (Salesforce, Insightly, or similar)
Prior experience selling subscription-based, membership, or service products preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to: Build rapport quickly over the phone
Clearly articulate product value and benefits
Adapt messaging to different agent experience levels
Strong listening skills and ability to identify customer needs
Must be self-disciplined, organized, and able to work well in a team environment
Reliable high-speed internet and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Ability to work from 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday (subject to change)

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge and sales scripts
Demonstrates strong work ethic and accountability
Able to manage a daily call cadence, track follow-ups and renewals accurately
Highly Motivated to surpass minimum goals
Broad-based knowledge of the real estate agent’s duties and responsibilities
Broad-based knowledge of the mortgage servicing industry
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged periods of sitting (up to 7 hours) at a workstation operating a PC
Heavy data entry (a significant amount of typing on a keyboard and repetitive motion with a mouse)
Focusing/looking at computer monitors for extended periods
Reading documents in print and electronically
Bending, twisting and stooping required on a regular basis
Use of a telephone to make and receive calls
