Mergers & Acquisitions Sourcing Associate - Hybrid
EP Wealth Advisors (EPWA) is a wealth management advisory firm serving high net worth individuals. They are hiring a Mergers & Acquisition Sourcing Associate to provide sourcing and business development on the M&A team, working within a collaborative environment focused on core values of Integrity, Entrepreneurial, Inclusion, and Connection.
Responsibilities
- Day to day responsibilities include identifying and sourcing new acquisition targets for M&A strategic initiatives of EPWA
- Managing outreach to RIA firms across multiple geographies
- Planning and coordinating initial calls and meetings
- CRM management
- Other transaction and team responsibilities as assigned
Skills
- 1-4 years working experience in a (outbound) business development role; Financial Services industry highly desired
- Demonstrable history of successful business development results
- Experience with RIAs and Financial Advisors desired
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in CRM, PowerPoint, MS Office
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Excellent sales capabilities and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
