Enercon Services, Inc. is a leading engineering and environmental services firm, and they are seeking a new graduate engineer to join their Power Delivery group. In this role, you will support the design, analysis, and inspection of critical infrastructure for energy systems, while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from experienced engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Learning and applying codes and standards for designing projects
  • Being organized and efficient
  • Having a positive attitude towards learning and feedback
  • Collaborating with senior engineers for field data collection
  • Adapting to new software systems
  • Asking questions and using available resources
  • Connecting classroom knowledge with practical industry work
  • Meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Skills

  • Graduated or graduating with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET-accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors
  • Available to start between May 2026 and August 2026
  • Graduating May-June 2026 preferred
  • Strong intellectual curiosity to learn more about modern energy systems
  • A solid working foundation with your major's core concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
  • Ability to effectively problem solve
  • Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites
  • Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns
  • Must be able to work outside
  • Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings
  • Completion of pre-interview assessments
  • College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies
  • Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US without requiring current or future sponsorship
