Centria Healthcare is a provider of private duty nurses and home health aides, serving families across Michigan. They are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Onboarding, Compliance and Credentialing Specialist to support their clinical and field-based teams through the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new hire paperwork and credentialing requirements
  • Communicate with healthcare professionals about licensing, certifications, and training
  • Track compliance with state, federal, and payor regulations
  • Assist with audits and maintain up-to-date personnel records
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal teams and external partners

Skills

  • Experience in HR, recruiting, customer service, auditing, compliance, or medical terminology
  • Organized and detail-oriented
