Operations Analyst
Accruent is a leading provider of solutions for unifying the built environment, and they are seeking an Operations Analyst to design and maintain data-driven reporting and dashboards. This role will transform raw data into actionable intelligence, directly influencing revenue growth and operational focus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Power BI, and other platforms
- Drive data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Analyze sales funnel performance, deal velocity, and KPI trends to inform strategy
- Build and automate DTQ, Bowlers, and KPI reporting for leadership reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting needs and enhance analytics
- Maintain documentation of reporting processes and data definitions with the analytics
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS 365, Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel for dashboard and report creation
- Strong understanding of data governance, KPI frameworks, and performance metrics
- Ability to analyze sales funnel data, deal velocity, and trends to support strategic decisions
- Experience with or exposure to SQL and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
