Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to deeply understand their business needs, map requirements to NetSuite functionality, and support smooth system configuration and adoption
  • Drive customer satisfaction and measurable impact by meeting obtainable goals and metrics
  • Be at the forefront of AI adoption in the ERP space embracing change, exploring new technologies, and introducing clients to transformative solutions

Skills

  • A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree, preferred courses of study include Information/Computer Science, MIS, Accounting Info Systems, or Technology Management and a passion for launching a consulting career
  • A critical thinker, analytical, and skilled at both quantitative and qualitative research
