**Responsibilities**

As a part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to help our clients generate revenue
* Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services to ensure you're always up-to-date on the latest developments

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience (yes, you read that right – gaming experience can be a valuable asset in this role!)
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

**Requirements**

* Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
* Must own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
* Must be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EDT
* Must be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
