As a Part-Time Admissions Representative, you will be responsible for helping students understand their educational options, guiding them through the admissions process, and answering any questions they may have—all while maintaining a flexible, remote work schedule.

Location: Remote – Based in Durham, NC

Key Responsibilities:

Assist prospective students with inquiries regarding programs, deadlines, and the admissions process via phone, email, and chat

Guide students through the application process and offer support as needed

Maintain accurate records and data using CRM tools

Achieve set outreach and conversion goals within a remote team structure

Work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting

Qualifications:

Must reside in or near Durham, NC

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to manage time and work independently in a remote setting

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Previous experience in customer service, admissions, or education is a plus

Preferred Skills:

Bilingual skills (Spanish/English or other languages)

Familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial

Prior remote work experience is a plus
