Job Description

As a Disney Remote Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests across Disney platforms—including theme parks, streaming services (Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+), and merchandise. You’ll respond to questions, resolve concerns, and guide customers with empathy, clarity, and the brand integrity that Disney is known for.

This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while supporting Disney’s mission to create magical experiences worldwide.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred

    1+ years of experience in customer service or call center preferred

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems

    Patience, empathy, and a professional attitude when dealing with customers

    Reliable internet and home office setup

    Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work



Responsibilities



  • Answer inbound customer calls, chats, or emails regarding Disney services

    Resolve issues related to billing, accounts, subscriptions, and ticketing

    Document interactions accurately in customer service platforms

    Escalate complex issues as needed to appropriate internal teams

    Meet quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals

    Stay current on Disney products, services, and policy updates
