Role Overview
As a People Experience Operations (PXO) Specialist supporting the EMEA region, you will operate in a dynamic, international environment. Working remotely, you will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience by optimizing and implementing PXO processes, ensuring consistency, and driving operational excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of PXO processes across EMEA

Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment with regional standards, policies, and guidelines

Act as a key liaison with PSS and foster strong cross-team and cross-cultural collaboration

Partner with internal stakeholders including People Advisors, Legal, Occupational Safety, and other functions

Manage and resolve complex or non-standard employee queries within the People Operations scope

Support region-specific initiatives such as quality management (QM), occupational safety, and SOX compliance activities

Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and reports beyond standard operational topics

Contribute to and lead PXO-related projects, including the rollout of new processes and improvements at the EMEA level

Analyze HR and operational data to generate insights and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience

Coordinate onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and offboarding processes in partnership with PSS

Organize and facilitate virtual meetings, workshops, and training sessions

Support change management initiatives and contribute to corporate culture programs

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field

Proven experience in PXO, HR, or People Operations, ideally within an international or EMEA-focused organization

Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently with a structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach

Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office tools

High level of intercultural awareness, empathy, and adaptability
