Personal Assistant
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur managing multiple businesses. This is a remote position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and can seamlessly manage a variety of tasks with minimal oversight.
This role is part-time to start, with the potential to grow as the working relationship develops.
Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain calendar scheduling and appointments
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks across multiple business ventures
• Handle correspondence, follow-ups, and communications as needed
• Conduct research and compile information as requested
• Assist with a variety of administrative and business support tasks
• Anticipate needs and proactively address them before they become issues
Qualifications
• Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned tasks
• Proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar)
• Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information
Details
• Hours: 10–15 hours per week to start, Monday–Friday
• Location: Remote
• Compensation: $15–$18 per hour
