Pay: $16/hour base + performance bonuses (top performers earn more)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday | Assigned shifts between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM MT

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound calls from homeowners with professionalism and efficiency

Assist with payments, escrow accounts, account status, and other servicing inquiries

Deliver clear, high-quality customer service

Document all interactions accurately in our systems

Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when needed

Maintain strict compliance when handling sensitive financial information

 This is a high-focus, back-to-back call environment where consistency, time management, and attention to detail are key.

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills (phone-based experience preferred)

Ability to stay focused and productive in a remote setting

Comfortable managing continuous inbound calls

Coachable, open to feedback, and committed to growth

Basic computer skills and ease navigating multiple systems
