Position Summary

We are growing our virtual support team and are currently looking for organized, people-focused individuals to join us as Planning Consultants. In this remote role, you'll assist clients with coordinating travel experiences, managing important planning details, and helping ensure reservations and itineraries are completed accurately and efficiently.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting others, staying organized, and working in a flexible work-from-home environment. Training, onboarding, and continued guidance are provided for all team members, including those new to the travel industry.

Core Responsibilities

Work with clients to review travel interests, timelines, and planning needs

Assist with arranging hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities

Research available travel options using approved supplier and reservation systems

Help track confirmations, itinerary schedules, and reservation updates

Provide responsive support through phone, email, and online communication platforms

Assist with travel revisions, booking changes, and client follow-up requests

Maintain accurate client records and organized planning documentation within company systems

Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination updates, and industry announcements

Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, ongoing workshops, and team training programs

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities independently in a remote environment

Familiarity with online platforms, email systems, and basic computer applications

Reliable internet access and professional communication habits

Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt

Interest in customer service, hospitality, travel, or coordination-based roles

Must be at least 18 years of age
