The role

As we continue our rapid expansion into new business units and global markets, we are seeking a Process Automation Specialist (Revenue Operations Tech Specialist). In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales Ops, Customer Success Ops, Marketing, and others to manage and enhance our internal CRM ecosystem (HubSpot) and connected tools. Your main focus will be on driving automation, improving data flow, and building efficient, scalable processes through low-code platforms, SQL, and system configuration.

This position is open remotely in Ukraine or India. You will report to the Revenue Tech Operations Lead and collaborate daily with internal operational teams.

What you will do

  • Administer and optimize our CRM system (HubSpot), answer all related questions regarding features and all connected services

    Support data flows across platforms and monitor data sync (HubSpot ↔ SumGate ↔ BigQuery)

    Conduct thorough data validation, identifying anomalies in sync tasks

    Integrate external data sources using REST APIs, addressing typical error handling

    Design, build, and test complex automations/integrations using REST APIs and complex SQL

    Set up and manage user permissions and security settings in internal tools

    Troubleshoot platform issues and respond to tickets (via Jira)

    Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, diagrams, and process flows according to defined standards.

    Participate in internal projects and stakeholder communication across departments

    What you bring

    • Advanced knowledge of SQL

      Hands-on experience with RegEx, JSON, REST API

      Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) - both oral and written

      At least 2+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, CRM administration, Business process automation, or Systems Integration

      Experience designing or updating processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing automation initiatives

      General knowledge of main project management tools, methodologies

      Critical thinking and systematic approach with the focus on high-quality standards

      Nice to have

      • Understanding of the sales process, key stages, and goals

        Comfort working with large language models (LLMs), including prompt design, API/token usage tracking, and balancing clarity with cost

        Experience with data warehouses like BigQuery, including database structure, scheduled queries, and complex aggregation logic
