Program Coordinator I
Boston Children's Hospital is a leading healthcare institution dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children. The Program Coordinator will coordinate day-to-day operations of the Digital Wellness Lab, engage in fundraising, content development, and support research activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating day-to-day Lab operations, including calendar management; meeting and travel logistics; activity and financial tracking; drafting communications; and serving as a liaison for external and cross-departmental engagements
- Managing ongoing activities related to the global Inspired Internet Pledge, including participant outreach, convening logistics, information sharing, and activity tracking
- Tracking and responding to presentation, conference, and interview requests, and supporting the preparation of presentation and outreach materials
- Supporting research initiatives through project coordination, report drafting, literature reviews, and analytical assistance
- Assisting with grant applications, funding proposals, grants management, and related fundraising activities
- Collaborating with team members to support projects, respond to inquiries, and advance Lab priorities
Skills
- An associate's degree or equivalent experience is required
- 1 year of relevant experience
- A bachelor's degree
