Scrum Master and AI project experience
to lead cross-functional teams delivering innovative AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in
Agile program management
, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering complex technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage
end-to-end program delivery
for AI and technology initiatives
• Facilitate
Agile/Scrum ceremonies
and support multiple teams in an Agile environment
• Coordinate with
engineering, data, and business stakeholders
to ensure successful delivery
• Track
program progress, risks, and dependencies
across projects
• Strong focus on business outcome.

Customer centric midset.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a
Program Manager
with
Scrum Master responsibilities
• Experience managing
AI/ML or data-driven initiatives
• Strong knowledge of
Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent
communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
