Project Coordinator
About Ground
Ground is an advocacy and communications studio that develops, tests, and deploys research-backed campaigns designed to shift mindsets and drive measurable impact.
Our work combines Narrative Intelligence, campaign strategy, and real-world activation into a single connected system. Through our StoryHeat platform, we identify which narratives are most likely to move audiences before campaigns launch, then translate those insights into campaigns built to function in the real world.
We partner with advocacy organizations, foundations, public affairs campaigns, and mission-driven brands working on complex social, political, and cultural issues.
At Ground, storytelling is not treated as a creative output that ends in a piece of content. It is the foundation of campaigns designed to move people, shape perception, and drive action.
