Project Coordinator

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• Total hours: 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
  
• Monday - Friday
  
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Edmonton, AB, Canada Time (or 10:00 PM - 3:00 AM Manila time)
  
• With 1 hour unpaid break in between

The client offers furniture, laboratory FF&E (furniture, fixture, and equipment), flooring solutions and general contracting.

Job Overview:
The Project Coordinator is a key support role working closely with the internal sales team. This position is not client-facing and is primarily responsible for sales back-end processing, order management, and supporting the sales process from quotation to order fulfillment. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates closely with the internal sales team to review and qualify new or potential opportunities.
  
• Assists in the development of proposals, pricing, product research, and technical order information (e.g., C.O.M. requirements, custom requirements).
  
• Produces and follows up on quotations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all order information (e.g., ship-to, bill-to, contract numbers).
  
• Reviews CAD specifications as needed to support sales activities.
  
• Supports the preparation of RFPs, RFQs, and Tenders as required.
  
• Participates in internal project handover meetings and bid reviews with internal stakeholders.
  
• Initiates service quotes for deliveries, small orders, and major orders as needed.

Requirements

• Has engineering background
  
• Excellent communication skills. Understands and follows through with consistent, accurate paperwork; documentation is neat, clear, and complete
  
• Ability to organize and utilize CRM program
