Master is a leading HVAC-R distributor with over 70 years of experience. The Project Coordinator will provide essential support to the sales team, ensuring effective communication and resolution of post-sale needs while managing administrative aspects of assigned projects.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team for post-sale service inquiries and support
  • Create S.O. / P.O. for released equipment included in the assigned project
  • Closely follow up with procurement department and vendors to obtain accurate production and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with the sales team and work with Master’s / vendor’s shipping team to ensure on-site delivery
  • Liaise with different teams (Sales, credit department, Warranty, Parts, etc.) to resolve customer issues when shipments / product arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect to move issues towards resolution
  • Keep customers and sales reps informed about the status of their requests
  • Track service requests and ensure timely resolution in line with Master Group policies and Customer Expectations
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups with related teams
  • Assist in developing and improving service workflows and customer experience initiatives
  • Provide feedback to management team based on recurring service issues and inefficiencies
  • Help find solutions to after sales related problems or obtain support from teammates to resolve issues/escalations
  • Internal reporting and filling

Skills

  • Communication skills for interacting with customers & de-escalation issues
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and ERP Systems
  • Willingness to learn new systems and procedures as required
  • Self starter
  • Detail Oriented
  • Strong Organisation Skills
  • Familiarity with HVAC Systems and Components is a bonus
