Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, trade partners, and clients
  • Walking active job sites, identifying and solving issues before they become problems
  • Managing key documentation like RFIs, submittals, and project logs
  • Supporting schedules, logistics, and financial tracking
  • Promoting safety and ensuring compliance with industry regulations

  • 0–3 years of experience in construction or engineering roles
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
  • Experience (or a strong interest) in commercial, industrial, or tenant improvement projects
  • Pursuing—or have completed—a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
