About the Role:
- Manage and negotiate licensing deals for Minecraft's International Consumer Products business
- Develop strategies to increase licensee revenue and secure new business deals
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development, Legal, Finance, Franchise, and Marketing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and licensees
- Analyze market trends and data to inform decision-making and drive results
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in consumer products licensing (non-tech)
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing licensing deals
- Strong knowledge of licensing agreements, contract administration, and process
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
