In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping maintenance operations running smoothly, supporting property managers, and ensuring residents receive timely and professional service.

•            Schedule vendor appointments and notify residents.
•            Verify that completed tickets include the correct photos and notes.

•            Prepare a summary of work needed for unit turnover: identify repairs that can be done in-house and those requiring vendors or parts, request purchase orders, and document progress in a report.
•            Track repairs for units with Notices of Infraction and send completed reports for DOB abatement submission.
•            Assist with capital projects and annual or semi-annual property inspections (fire systems, elevators, HVAC, life safety).
•            Search for new vendors for property projects and compare proposals.
•            Utilize Entrata to efficiently create, track, and review maintenance tickets; manage before-and-after photos for completed work orders.
•            Generate daily reports for the Maintenance Director summarizing the status of open tickets. Qualifications

•            Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
