Who We are We Looking For

We are looking for a detail oriented Quality Assurance Analyst who can confidently identify, document, and communicate software issues while collaborating closely with developers and product teams to ensure a high-quality user experience. The successful candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of balancing thorough testing with fast-paced delivery. Experience with UX/UI design principles is considered a strong asset, with an eye for both functionality and usability. 

What You'll Do

This role will have the following responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases for weekly software releases.

Validate end-to-end clinic workflows including scheduling, patient management, billing, charting, reporting, and other operational modules.

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure release quality.

Conduct smoke testing and release validation prior to production deployments.

Ensure all releases meet usability, functionality, and performance expectations.

What You'll Bring

5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or a related role

Understanding of UX/UI design principles and user-centered thinking is a strong asset

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and bug tracking workflows

Experience testing web and/or mobile applications across different devices and browsers

Ability to clearly document, reproduce, and communicate issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Linear, Postman, GitHub, or similar platforms is an asset

Experience with automated testing frameworks is considered an asset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Compensation & Benefits

Expected salary range is $65,000–85,000 depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated capabilities
