Real Estate Agent / Broker – Off-Market & Pre-Foreclosure Opportunities

Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed real estate agent or broker in the Jupiter, FL area to assist with sourcing off-market and pre-foreclosure residential properties.This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity for an agent interested in working directly with property owners and identifying investment opportunities outside of the MLS.

Responsibilities:
• Identify pre-foreclosure and distressed properties
• Review public records (lis pendens, foreclosure filings)
• Conduct outreach to homeowners (phone, mail, or in person)
• Evaluate seller motivation and potential deal structure
• Present opportunities to investor/buyer
• Maintain lead tracking and communication records

Qualifications:
• Active Florida real estate license
• Knowledge of Palm Beach County market
• Experience with off-market or distressed properties preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and organized

Compensation:
• Commission-based (deal-driven)
• Bonus incentives available for closed transactions
• Ongoing opportunity for repeat deal flow

Pay: $54,754.27 - $70,026.65 per year
