Recruiter

SEV Laser is one of the fastest-growing aesthetic medical spa brands in the country, seeking a driven and organized Recruiter to support their rapid growth. The Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting across various roles, partnering closely with leadership to elevate the candidate experience and manage high-volume hiring across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across admin, clinical, corporate, and field operations
• Manage high-volume hiring across multiple states and locations
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates
• Coordinate offers, onboarding, and start dates
• Maintain accurate hiring data in our ATS
• Deliver an exceptional, white-glove candidate experience
• Support ongoing growth initiatives as SEV continues to expand nationally

Skills

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting (healthcare, retail, or multi-location environments a plus)
• Strong sourcing and closing skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• High sense of urgency, accountability, and professionalism
• Passion for building teams and supporting growth
