Location: Remote 

Compensation: $62,000 - $75,000 (Prorated based on assignment length)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary (6-Month assignment with the possibility of assignment extension or conversion based on business needs and performance)

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles across the organization, including IT, software engineering, cybersecurity, product management, project management, customer success, and other business functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, drive recruiting strategy, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing through offer stage. The Recruiter reports directly to the HR Manager.

This position requires a highly organized, proactive recruiter who can independently manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong stakeholder communication, operational discipline, and recruiting responsiveness. The Recruiter will also own all recruiting administration activities, maintain accurate ATS documentation, and support hiring managers with consultative recruiting guidance throughout the hiring lifecycle.

 

Responsibilities Include:

Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions from intake through offer stage

Function as an active member of the HR team, coordinating and communicating across internal recruiting activities

Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, define candidate profiles, and align on hiring needs and recruiting strategy

Source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, networking, referrals, and job boards

Proactively identify and engage passive talent through outbound sourcing and relationship-building strategies

Independently evaluate and advance candidates based on qualifications, role fit, and organizational alignment, exercising professional judgment throughout the screening and selection process

Coordinate all candidate scheduling, communications, interview logistics, and recruiting administration activities

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including candidate notes, interview feedback, and pipeline updates

Manage up to 10–12 open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining recruiting responsiveness and quality standards

Provide regular pipeline reporting, hiring updates, and recruiting metrics to hiring managers and leadership

Deliver a professional, responsive, and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process

Serve as a professional ambassador for the organization in all candidate and stakeholder interactions

Advise and guide hiring managers on candidate selection, compensation considerations, and hiring decisions throughout the recruiting lifecycle

Utilize AI tools including ChatGPT and Claude to support recruiting workflows, communication drafting, organization, and operational efficiency

Support recruiting events, including occasional onsite career fairs or hiring initiatives as needed

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with demonstrated ability to independently assess candidates and drive hiring decisions, including at least 1 year of technical recruiting or relevant experience within the technology industry

Proven ability to manage 10–12 open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates across multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and recruiting logistics independently

Experience working within an ATS, maintaining accurate documentation, candidate notes, and pipeline records

Basic understanding of employment laws and recruiting compliance practices

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to support workflow efficiency and communication

Preferred Skills:

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter

Experience using Paycor Recruiting or similar Applicant Tracking Systems

Multi-state recruiting experience

Experience recruiting within cybersecurity, SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments

Experience assessing candidates for alignment with company values and team operating styles

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience required.
