Overview

The Recruiting Administrator supports recruiting, onboarding, temporary workforce administration, and employee development initiatives. This position coordinates key talent processes, maintains HR systems and records, and provides administrative support to ensure an efficient candidate and employee experience. The role works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and employees to support organizational talent needs.

 

This position is intended to be temporary in nature, expected to cover a time span of four to six months. Can be onsite/hybrid from one of our regional office locations, or remote.

Responsibilities

Support recruiting activities including job postings, interview coordination and candidate communications

Coordinate temporary employee onboarding, assignment tracking, agency comms, and conversion processes

Review staffing agency agreements and invoices, maintain compliance documentation, and support reporting related to temporary workforce utilization

Prepare and distribute new hire announcements and other talent-related communications.

Support audits, record requests, and data integrity efforts across HR systems

Monitor HR and Talent-related communications, process invoices, maintain files, and provide general administrative support to the Talent team

Maintain job descriptions while ensuring the accuracy of talent acquisition records and systems.

Provide backup support for pre-employment and onboarding processes, including background checks, drug screens, new hire documentation, and I-9 compliance

Coordinate onboarding activities with hiring managers to support a positive new hire experience

Assist with special projects, process improvements, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Associate's degree required.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Minimum two (2) years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition Support, Learning & Development Administration, or a related field required

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HRIS, ATS, and LMS platforms.

Strong organizational, communication, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Physical Requirments

Frequently required to sit for extended periods and use standard office equipment

Occasionally required to lift up to 20 pounds.
