Responsibilities

  • You will own the day-to-day flow of candidates through the recruiting and licensing process
  • Review and screen incoming applications
  • Schedule candidates for group overview sessions
  • Follow up with reminders to increase attendance
  • Reschedule no-shows and keep candidates moving forward
  • Coordinate interviews with leadership
  • Guide candidates through licensing requirements
  • Track progress and maintain accurate records
