Recruiting & Program Coordinator
Financial Technology Partners is seeking a Recruiting & Program Coordinator for their New York office. The role involves managing the candidate experience throughout the recruiting process and coordinating training and development programs for junior talent.
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficiency through the recruiting process
- Screen applications
- Schedule interviews
- Collect interviewer feedback
- Coordinate internal debrief sessions
- Prepare offer packages
- Update and maintain recruiting calendars, files, templates, materials and metrics
- Schedule and maintain training calendars
- Set up the training room
- Conduct surveys and analyze results
- Liaise with events and other internal teams to support junior talent development
Skills
- Previous coordination experience, previous recruiting experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; prior experience working with an ATS (Greenhouse) is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated
- Works independently, proactively identifies next steps or areas of improvement
- Sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Communicates professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Bachelor's degree required
- Motivated to learn and matriculate within the Talent Acquisition industry
- U.S. work authorization required. FT Partners will not sponsor applicants for work visas at application or in the future
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to prepare high impact materials
- Participates effectively in both internal and external presentations and meetings
- Maturity and poise to work directly with client executives

- Ability to perform under pressure, amid tight deadlines; can effectively prioritize and plan

- Previous recruiting experience preferred
- Start-up experience is a plus
