Regional Sales Manager – Industrial Water Technology

This is a rare ground-floor opportunity for a high-performing B2B sales hunter who loves building markets from scratch, closing complex infrastructure deals, and creating long-term recurring revenue streams.

What You’ll Do

Own and grow sales across your region (municipalities, water districts, agricultural operations, and commercial water systems)

Prospect aggressively while converting inbound and partner leads

Run full-cycle consultative sales: presentations, demos, technical consultations, and contract closes

Build and manage a high-value pipeline focused on recurring revenue

Personally drive early revenue while designing the scalable sales process using our proven PlusOne methodology

Recruit, train, and lead a regional sales team as the territory scales

Position yourself for rapid promotion into national or international leadership

What We’re Looking For

3+ years proven B2B sales success (complex sales cycle preferred)

Strong hunter mentality — you thrive on prospecting and closing

Experience managing long sales cycles and building pipelines from zero

Entrepreneurial mindset — you’ve built or grown a territory before

Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
