[Remote] Account Manager - Inside Sales
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Concord Technologies is a provider of secure document exchange and intelligent document automation solutions. They are seeking an Account Manager for their team in Seattle, Washington, to manage a diverse portfolio of prospects and customer accounts, cultivate strong relationships, and drive revenue growth through new and upsell opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the entire sales process, including conducting discovery calls to drive pipeline growth and generate revenue within your assigned accounts
- Proactive prospecting efforts aimed at driving revenue growth
- Exceed annual revenue targets by effectively managing and growing your account portfolio
- Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within existing accounts to achieve quota targets
- Provide outstanding client relationship management for both new and existing clients
- Act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in leveraging Concord's product offerings to achieve their business objectives
Skills
- College Graduate, or equivalent experience
- At least one year in a sales or customer success role
- Proven track record of achieving performance goals including quotas, revenue targets, and other key performance metrics
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to extract compelling insights and trends from data and systems by asking strategic questions
