Responsibilities
- Book 6-12 qualified appointments daily and close 12-16 new clients monthly
- Contact every inbound lead within 5 minutes
- Send a minimum of 20 targeted outreach messages daily
- Make 20-80 dials daily depending on lead flow
- Call every booking immediately to lock it down
- Hit every unanswered lead 3+ times in 24 hours
- Log every interaction in CRM with obsessive detail
- Provide daily metrics reports
- Continuously optimize based on data and feedback
