Responsibilities
- Assemble completed tax returns in Adobe format for electronic delivery
- Maintain proficiency in relevant systems and applications, including Word, Adobe, Excel, and Outlook
- File resources and documentation according to electronic retention standards
- Interact with internal clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Gather and disseminate information effectively
Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or professional office environment
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office products; GoFileRoom knowledge is a plus
- Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and collaborate on projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and flexibility
- Experience in a tax preparation or accounting-related role
- Familiarity with electronic filing systems and documentation processes
