We recently launched <strong>Automation for Painters</strong>—a service line helping painting businesses streamline operations using <strong>HighLevel</strong>, <strong>Zapier</strong>, <strong>Notion</strong>, and other tools. We’re looking for a technically skilled and dependable automation specialist to support both our internal team and our painting clients.</p>

<p><strong> <strong>What You’ll Do</strong></strong></p>
<ul>

<p class="">Build and manage <strong>Zapier</strong> and <strong>HighLevel</strong> automations to streamline sales, follow-ups, scheduling, and admin</p>
</li>

<p class="">Set up custom dashboards and documentation in <strong>Notion</strong></p>
</li>
<li class="">
<p class="">Troubleshoot automation issues across client accounts and internal systems</p>
</li>
<li class="">
<p class="">Assist painting contractors with their HighLevel and Zapier setups</p>
</li>
<li class="">
<p class="">Work with our ops and accounting teams to automate tasks and reduce manual work</p>
</li>

<p class="">Communicate clearly and professionally in English with clients and team members</p>
</li>

<p class="">Proven experience with <strong>Zapier</strong>, <strong>HighLevel (GoHighLevel)</strong>, and <strong>Notion</strong></p>

<p class="">Detail-oriented with strong follow-through</p>

<p class="">Reliable internet and work-from-home setup</p>
