What This Role Looks Like
Provide remote supervision for 3 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Review and support implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure student success
Offer guidance and recommendations on behavioral strategies and interventions
Assist in refining behavioral supports based on student progress and data
Maintain communication with school teams while working in a virtual setting
