They are seeking a Bilingual High-Volume Recruiter to play a vital role in hiring blue-collar workers to support their assembly needs.

Responsibilities

  • Create new recruiting strategies
  • Managing a recruiting pipeline of candidates
  • Screen candidates
  • Conduct phone and video interviews
  • Translate recruiting material in verbal and written formats
  • Perform and review background checks
  • Initiate onboarding
  • Post jobs on various channels
  • Complete various team requests

Skills

  • 1+ year of experience as a recruiter
  • English and Spanish verbal fluency - must be able to switch between the two without the use of a translator program
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong work ethic
  • High Volume Recruiting - must be able to handle stress and heavy workloads effectively
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases (Breezy HR and Paylocity preferred)
  • Proven computer skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of Airtable is a plus
