[Remote] Bilingual High-Volume Recruiter

They are seeking a Bilingual High-Volume Recruiter to play a vital role in hiring blue-collar workers to support their assembly needs.
Responsibilities
- Create new recruiting strategies
- Managing a recruiting pipeline of candidates
- Screen candidates
- Conduct phone and video interviews
- Translate recruiting material in verbal and written formats
- Perform and review background checks
- Initiate onboarding
- Post jobs on various channels
- Complete various team requests
Skills
- 1+ year of experience as a recruiter
- English and Spanish verbal fluency - must be able to switch between the two without the use of a translator program
- Excellent time management
- Strong work ethic
- High Volume Recruiting - must be able to handle stress and heavy workloads effectively
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases (Breezy HR and Paylocity preferred)
- Proven computer skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of Airtable is a plus
