<p>SnapStays.com is looking for a Remote Business Development/Sales Associate who can increase the number of individuals and corporations who book our furnished housing options. We are looking for a candidate who has excellent communication skills, is highly organized and persistent, and wishes to develop their career with a growing startup.</p>
<p>Applicants should be very self-motivated, have a computer with access to a fast Internet connection, and be free to make, answer, and return phone calls during US working hours.</p>
<p>Prior remote working experience is a plus but is not required.</p>
<p>What You’ll Do:</p>
<p>Develop a deep understanding of SnapStays services<br />
Research specific industries to determine potential businesses who can benefit from Snapstays services and identify contacts within a business who can be a decision maker to use our services<br />
Make cold calls via telephone, send emails, send messages and make connections via LinkedIn and other digital platforms<br />
Provide information to prospective customers on a timely basis and continually follow up<br />
Meet or exceed goals for contacting businesses<br />
Be flexible to take on additional tasks/roles as our company grows<br />
What We’re Looking For:</p>
<p>Highly energetic & creative individual who is able to convert inquiries into guest bookings<br />
Fluency in English<br />
An organized individual who has an effective phone manner<br />
Excellent written, spoken, and digital communication skills<br />
Very persistent and goal-oriented<br />
Sales, business development, and/or real estate-related background is very helpful<br />
Proven track record of high performance and getting results<br />
Must be able to work independently<br />
Startup experience is not required, but the candidate must be open to working in a startup environment<br />
Must have high proficiency in using computers and internet-based software<br />
