[Remote] Business Process and Automation Consultant (Remote - USA)

MHP – A Porsche Company is a digitalization pioneer in the mobility and manufacturing industries, seeking a Business Process and Automation Consultant to join their Customer Experience team. The role involves analyzing and improving business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and supporting the development of automation solutions for automotive and manufacturing clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements engineering activities by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements from client stakeholders
- Analyze and document client business processes ("As-Is") and collaborate with stakeholders to design optimized and automated future-state ("To-Be") processes
- Identify and qualify opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience
- Support the development and implementation of automation solutions, working alongside technical teams to ensure business requirements are met
- Support in creating presentations, project plans, and documentation within various Customer Experience projects
- Assist in developing innovative concepts and implementing sophisticated solutions that blend process optimization with technology
- Assist in market research and business development activities within the Customer Experience and process automation domain

Skills
- A recent or in-progress Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a foundational understanding of requirements engineering and business analysis
- Proactivity and the ability to work independently, combined with strong organizational and time management skills
- A conceptual understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States
- Previous internship or 1-2 years of work experience in management or IT consulting or a business analyst role
- Hands-on experience with RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is a significant plus
- English language required, German language skills are a plus
