Responsibilities
- Engage with Members: Conduct daily phone consultations with pre-qualified members to understand their financial needs
- Provide Expert Guidance: Assess client situations and explain supplemental coverage options clearly and professionally
- Build Client Relationships: Establish trust through consistent communication, follow-ups, and personalized support
- Support Existing Policyholders: Assist with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims guidance
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all state regulations and ethical sales standards to maintain transparency and trust
Skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be physically located within the U.S
- Open to U.S. residents and citizens only
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort using computers, digital tools, and virtual platforms
