They are seeking a professional Closer to help achieve their sales goals, focusing on booking calls and closing deals to generate significant business revenue.

Responsibilities • Perform collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals • Book 80-100 calls per month • Close 11-14 deals per month with a close ratio above 25% • Generate a minimum of $240k in new business revenue monthly • Execute daily team and administrative tasks • Attend morning huddles via Zoom, Monday - Friday • Provide end of day reports and update projections, tracking sheets, and CRM Skills • Minimum 12+ months selling a $10,000+ HT Offer consistently • Financial background and knowing the language behind discussing investments • Sharp, self-aware and exceptional communicator • Experience working with investor-driven clients/prospects • Experience with RE Investments (bonus) Benefits • Exceptional Fulfillment & Support • Growth & Development • A-Player Culture Company Overview • The Rise Collective is a vertically integrated property group operating at the intersection of real estate and wealth strategy.
