[Remote] Contract Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SCAN Group is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to tackling the most pressing issues facing older adults in the United States. The Contract Coordinator role involves preparing, examining, negotiating, and revising contracts to ensure they align with management's goals and policies.
Responsibilities
- Ensures contracts are consistent with management's goals, policies, and procedures
- Assures that all clarifications and amendments of negotiations are incorporated into the final contract
- Generates, maintains, and audits a central contract-resource file
- Ensures that necessary procedural controls exist
- Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 1+ years of contracting experience
- Performs work under direct supervision
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
