What You Will Do – Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative supporting our Service BDC, you will serve as the vital first point of contact for customers seeking automotive service appointments, information, and support. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Inbound and Outbound Calling Excellence

  • Execute both inbound and outbound calling strategies designed to engage customers, confirm appointments, and provide timely information about automotive service offerings.
  • Handle overflow inbound service calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring no customer is left waiting longer than necessary.
  • Proactively reach out to existing and prospective customers to follow up on service recommendations, remind them of upcoming maintenance, and encourage repeat business.

Appointment Scheduling and Customer Support

  • Assist customers in scheduling service appointments that align with their needs, the dealership's availability, and operational best practices.
  • Provide clear, accurate information about services, pricing estimates, and what customers can expect during their visit.
