Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel insurance needs
  • Educate customers about our insurance products, including coverage options, benefits, and pricing
  • Assist customers in comparing different insurance plans to help them make informed decisions
  • Address customer concerns, questions, and objections in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements related to travel insurance

Skills

  • Strong customer service and computer skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Attention to detail is imperative
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
  • Background verification must not inhibit ability to obtain insurance licenses

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the insurance or travel industry
