**Responsibilities:**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* **Assisting customers with billing inquiries/concerns**: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* **Ensuring accurate account information**: Verify and update customer account information in our client system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* **Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries**: Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring customers understand their account status and any relevant details.
* **Adhering to State and Federal regulations**: Comply with relevant regulations and guidelines, ensuring you're aware of and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
* **Assisting customers with delinquent accounts**: Work with customers to resolve delinquent accounts, following state guidelines and ensuring timely resolution.
* **Utilizing exceptional communication skills**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, using effective communication skills to meet both client and customer goals.

**Qualifications:**

For remote positions, the minimum internet speed requirements are:

* **Speed Test Results**: 25 mbps download and 20 mbps upload speeds are required.

**Camera Requirements:**

Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches).
