[Remote] Customer Service Representative - Remote Opportunity
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amynta Group is a nationwide insurance wholesaler focused on servicing Enterprises of all sizes with commercial insurance products. The Customer Service Representative I is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to a network of agents by handling a high volume of calls and resolving customer issues.
Responsibilities
- Handles a high volume of inbound phone calls and chats; responds to and resolves customer issues in a timely fashion
- Assists consumers by providing highest level of customer service; remains professional and polite at all times
- Attends to clients’ needs by producing certificates, policies, endorsements, and other related items
- Serves as a mentor to new hires or other staff, which may include providing direction and training
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- High school graduate or equivalent education is required
- A positive attitude and a high level of integrity is required
- Ability to read and interpret information
- Proficient computer and data entry skills; comprehensive knowledge of computer operations, including software and web-based programs
- Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic, time management and interpersonal skills; ability to work well with others
- Ability to operate dual screens and multitask; detail-oriented; follows instructions
- Knowledge and understanding of department metrics for call handling and quality
- Willingness to learn; flexibility to adapt to changes
- 1-year minimum customer service experience in a call center environment is preferred
- Office or customer service experience is preferred
- Post-secondary education is preferred
