[Remote] Customer Success Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Releventful is a modern event management and customer experience platform focused on event venues and hospitality groups. They are seeking a Customer Success Representative to support customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and training experiences, including live training sessions and follow-up guidance
- Support customer data setup and configuration to ensure accurate and successful implementations
- Provide professional, timely, and courteous chat and email support during business hours
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers during onboarding and early lifecycle stages
- Triage, document, and escalate product issues, bugs, and feature requests with clear, actionable detail
- Maintain and improve onboarding documentation, and training materials
- Identify customer risks, adoption gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and take ownership of follow-through
- Contribute structured customer feedback and insights to Product and Sales teams
- Recommend and assist in implementing process improvements across onboarding, support, and help-center resources
- Share best practices and documentation to support team knowledge and continuous improvement
- Meet or exceed established response time, onboarding success, and customer satisfaction KPIs

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Customer-facing experience in support, onboarding, training, or customer success
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- 1–3 years of experience in a SaaS or technology-enabled customer-facing role (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
